Our profit-sharing structure is straightforward and transparent, designed so that Arambhi Investments only succeeds when our partners do.

Profit Distribution
90% of net profits are distributed to investors. The remaining 10% goes to Arambhi Investments for management and operational oversight.
Investment Horizon
A 3-year mandatory holding period with no early withdrawals, ensuring full property optimization and value creation for all partners.
Minimum Commitment
Participation begins at $25,000 minimum investment. Investors should only commit capital they are prepared to hold for the full term.
Investor Eligibility
Open exclusively to Accredited or Qualified Investors as defined under SEC Rule 501 of Regulation D.
Compliance: Arambhi Investments operates under U.S. Regulation D 506(c) exemptions with full KYC/AML verification protocols. All investors undergo identity verification prior to participation.
